This is a Fat/Stitcher's Quarter in the Needlework Tints colorway. Closest DMC equivalent is 3782. Simply choose your base fabric.  These pieces will be a full 18" with yard cuts available in the other category at a full 36".  The width differs throughout the base fabrics.  The swatch shown is our best representation of the colorway but it can vary somewhat between the cotton, evenweave, and linen bases.  Dye lots can vary slightly but we do our absolute best to maintain consistency throughout.  We use Zweigart fabrics.
